Ok, i'm not really a n00b 2 Video Editing, but I've Never Herd of HDCD? it's new 2 me and my Sister just bought a Home Theatre System(I helped pick it), she wanted 5.1, but didn't wanna drain her wallet, anyway I forgot 2 ask the guy at futureshop what HDCD was? I'm thinking it stands for High-Definition CD? but I'd like 2 read a lil more info. also I just herd of VCD 3.0 while I was searching these fourms for info on HDCD. Like I know of VCD 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0, I've Made Hundreds of 2.0s, never done 1.0, or 1.1 as I figured that 2.0 was better anyway(when I first got into makin VCDs I didn't know there were Multipul Versions), anyway The Glossary needs 2 be Updated on this site about VCD formats, like tell Difference between 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, and 3.0, so can any1 fill me in? as since Afterdawn has usually been my primary reading source for video Editing
Ok I know what HDCD is now, found a lil page called HDCD.com, that explained most of what I wanted 2 know, I'm now curious of where I can get a list of CDs that are HDCD, so I can know if I have any or if there may be 1 I want 2 buy so that I can see how "great" HDCD is
