I seem to be getting a black screen when booting my xbox...can somone help me plz?

    Prior to the black screen everything worked fine I was booting into UnleashX until I decided to install XBMC...I must have been in a rush because I forgot to delete the UnleashX files and I deleted the softmod from my hard drive and I cant FTP anymore...the green Xbox screen shows but then it goes to a black screen...can anyone offer assistance?
