Heres what i did. Like the curios guy i am i decided to go into the BIOS of my PC.... and decided to make a change. (i feel sooo stupid)

I dont exactly remember what i changed but it had to do with my ram i believe. I went into chipset settings(or something like that) and changed a setting from Default or auto(cant remember which) and changed it to aggressive... I just wanted to see what it would do.

And now the computer wont respond to anything i do, when i boot it the BIOS screen doesnt even show up!
And by nothing responding i mean NOTHING, in order to turn it off i need to turn off the power supply.

I need help guys, what did i do? How do i get back into the BIOS?

    its a Intel board.

    Please throw suggestions at me.
