Not the DVR106, the DVR105 ;-) I suggest it cuz of the value for money and the ability ti kick every other DVD Writer on the market, including the new Sony's and NEC's. I dont work for Pioneer, though maybe they could sponsor me to keep saying good things about they're drives.I must've convinced over 20people to get them. Trust me, its a wise investment, not the 106, but the 105 £99 - WOOWOWOWOWOW Chris :-]
yeah dude, do you work for pioneer? Frankly I don't see an advantage of the pioneer over Sony. If you were honest you would lay out the faults of the pioneer. Anyone with eyes can see that there are plenty of performance issues with the pioneer just as there are with the sonys.
Seeing the Pioneer 105 at £99 makes me feel sick. I payed over £200 for it in April. Oh well, you win some you lose some.
I am honest and the only Pioneer DVR105 fault i have ever come across is the ability to read at 2.4x and no higher. A quick upgrade fo the firmware sorts that right out anyway - thanks to Herbsman - now i get over 4x. You tell me how the Sony compares?? lol Chris ;-)
