i updated g6 system files and now my saves wont work

    i have a g6 ds real and i updated the system files to the newest version. the old version im using uses .o files to save and the new one actually saves in the .nds file. now i want to update but their are two games i cant just start over. is their a way to take my old .o save date them to the nds file. if you know of any way to update and take my saves with me pleas share i will greatly be thankful.
