you know i am trying to do that but you in this link eurovox 5100 when you pressed on that it went on techking and i dont know how i can download the firmware for there plz help me to sort this out

thank you very much to help me, and i am in uk but you know when i do the downloading it says wait for the response of your reciver and after that it does not show anything

and its saying ivalid com port and invalid chanal data

 

and its been waiting for over an hour for recieving response from the reciever

 

and i think so that i need a winrar for opening all these files so have you got any link for downloading the winrar and than i can open firmware files help me please

i did this and its my laptop is saying no com port is available wahts that mean plz help me if you there

 

writing this off the top of my head as I no longer use a pc but
Right click on my computer and select manage
Select device manager
Go down to com/serial ports(name may be slightly different)
select prolific usb/serial adapter, right click and go properties, select advanced and see what comport its using/or change comport to either 1,2,3 or 4
