i want to infect someone with a virus.....(hear me out)

basically iv got an e-mail telling me iv won £1,000,000.
obviously its fake, im not that gullable.

Before i ask this question i just want to say that i dispise scammers, con-artist, people who bullsh*t you into handing over your personal details, i think those crooks are pure scum! and should die horribly (just been watching panorama it was about identity fraud)

my question is......is there anyway to download a virus safley to infect someone else? basically i want to reply to this email with a horrible virus to f**k up there computer, (im in a vigilanty mood and i would love to give those sh*t bags a taste of there own medicine)

i could understand if this thread got taken off being such a unusual request but i would just like to say that im true to my agenda, i would never want anyone inocent to be infected, i just despise crooks who want your hard earned cash.
