Hey guys! I've noticed that some otherwise good games aren't making their way out of Japan. I currently live in and Japan and have access to the games (of course everyone does with ROMs too), and I would like to translate some. Currently I'm aiming to translate Tales of Hearts, since it's a good game and deserves an English localization. My question is, how do I go about getting a valid text dump of the game, and then editing it in a form so that it can be easily reinjected into the ROM? I've never done a translation of a game before. Is there a program I can download to help out?
