HI I AM WILLING TO MOD HALO PLAYERS UP ONLY IF THEY GIVE ME A TWO MONTH SUBSCRIPTION! NOTE: I NEED THE SUBSCRIPTION TO BE ABLE TO MOD UP IN MATCH MAKING!

WE didn't say you cant mod...as long as you don't mod in matchmaking or for killing purposes.......Then you won't be a cheater but as it looks like on your other account......That you want to mod people up with is low and is cheating
