how to unlock my i830 boost mobile so it will accept a nextel/sprint sim card

 

This phone cannot be unlocked. and this is not the MOTOROLA section.

 

take it to a local shop and get it unlocked.

 

samguan, if you know any better, this phone is built on iDEN technology and cannot be unlocked. Dont give people the wrong advice.

 

it looks like you don't know anything, it can be unlocked!!

 

it's just that there is not point of unlocking it because it only works with Iden.

 

maybe you should go back and learn! Iden phones can be unlocked!!

 

Well even if the iDEN phones can be unlockable, they still cannot be used on the SPRINT ( CDMA ) technology. Likelyhood of using the boost phone on nextel is higher than using it on CDMA.

 

so get it straignt, that phone can be unlocked!! ok??
