IDE harddisk interface

I bought last week an harddisk interface for my dbox. Now the box is like a dreambox.

 

where did you buy it from?
and also was it hard to install and do you need a different image which allows you yto record to the hardisk

 

It´s a little bit tricky to install it. But now I can record to the harddisk...

what image do you have? did you change it or reflash when you installed the hard disk, and what type of harddrive. eg sata or ide. and does it mater how much capacity the harddrive has?

 

I´ve got the latest sportster and a 80gb hd. don´t know whether eg sata or ide. the seller told me that this image supports hd drives.

Where did you buy it from and how does it work ?

 

i bought it on ebay from "best-d-boxes". it came for 110£ incl. dbox & p&p.works very well.but it was tricky to install.

 

Please will you be able to tell me if commando 6 supports ide?

you need the image,the interface and of course a hd.

If you only want to flash you only need the image.
