Is putting two HDs on two separate IDEs really alot better than making one master and one slave (say if one (master) is set with windows and programs and the slave one with games and storage) even if you have a DVD burner that has to go in either IDE?
It doesn't make much of a difference. It's still connected to an IDE controller either way, so there would be no real difference in performance.
