iexeplorer.exe won't close

hi i'm trying to install microsoft word on my daughters laptop to this the installation tells me iexplorer.exe needs to be closed but every time i close it in task manager process it restarts its self immediately any help would be gratefully recieved thanks

 

And exactly what does this have to do with linux??
