hi, i was going to buy a xbox 360 and there's this place that flashes them in toronto for 30$ and also sells modchips. i was wondering what are the benefits and negatives of both. can modchips get banned from xbox live as well? also can any drive be flashed or does it have to be a paticular one using iextreme 1.6?
ck3 is not a modchip, it is just a tool to power the dvd drive to flash your xbox. Nobody uses modchips as they provide no benefits and are usually expensive and hard to install. Just wait until ixtreme lite touch is released (should be before Christmas) and get somebody to flash it for you.
