What would be a great country to buy pcs because for example i live in the us and our money is more valuable than korea money so i can get a pc from korea that would be totally cheaper than if i was to get one in the us? If u know, list some sites that are available in english, please.

If I were you I would stay in the US for your purchases. Try Newegg.com as one source and also do a search on Google for example of a certain part that you might be interested in. Use trusted sites for your purchases! :)

You can also try zipzoomfly.com. They seem to have about a 2% decrease from Newegg prices. Newegg is still the best of course. ZZF also gives free second-day shipping on most purchases.
