Hey guys if a game isnt stealth patched correctly will it work or not or is it something to do with my flash? i have 1.51 and have a couple of games that arnt stealth patched i have just found that they wont work on my xbox is this to do with the firmware?
yes, from 1.4 up, non stealth games wont boot in an effort to keep people from being banned when they are too dumb/lazy to check stealth.
okay thx next question is can i just make a iso image off the disc without using a kreon samsung drive? then use abgx to stealth patch or do i need the kreon drive to enable me to reads the discs?
yes just make an image using imgburn then run it through ABGX and it will try to fix it automatically. Then you will need to reburn with the patched iso. Then toss out the unstealthed.
taking an image with image burn didn't create it as an iso therfore i couldn't run it through abgx i used schtrom 360 extract its a good program and its simpler than simple to use my apologies if it can be done with image burn if it can could you tell me how thanks
imgburn can create an iso of a DVD+r dl just not originals. just click create image from disk. i have done this many times.
Are you saying that you used this schtrom 360 extract to backup an original xbox 360 game without a kreon drive. If so, how did you do it? Thanks Mike
