FYI for those not in the know... All you need as a data cable is a MINI USB cable to transfer data to and from your phone and PC. Yes, you'll need MPT, but the cable is VERY easy to find and cheap, AND if you use a MINI USB cable rather than a REGULAR USB (the kind used with digital cameras/mp3 players etc.) Your phone will also CHARGE as you have it connected!! Sawheeeet. Many prolly know this, but just givin back to the nooblers.
Hey Esk, there is a site where you can get the cable cheap. I got mine at http://www.cellphoneshop.net. It's like $5 there. Also I have found that the cable for the Olympus digital recorders works too. Also, it is untrue that you need a certain cable to make the phone charge. I have used both types and my phone charges always.
