I'm not a playstation fan boy, however I do like it better then xbox so far. I just want to say something in response to 2 comments.

1. PS2& PS3 have better controllers.
2. Someone put down PS2 ventalation system, well you have to realize PS2 came out way before Xbox so thats not even fair to compare the two. I do agree at a point,I know more people with junky PS2's then Xboxes. But I'm sure the next version will be much better.

I'm going to eventually buy both systems however I just think the Xbox reminds me to much of a computer in a box.

 

Thas your opinion, not a fact. Xbox controller is much better for me because i have big hands. Btw im not xbox fanboy either. I have nothing against ps2 and i think it good game console. Some ppl seem to be obsessed about their console and think its the only right console and all other consoles suck. Some of my friends just hate xbox, i dunno why :/ And pls no replies "they hate it because its sucks so much OMhg!".

Ya know, I won one from the contest and I still think its too much for the games and add ons. I was never an Xbox person, cause after a game came out, you were able to get it for your pc about 4 months later. Then again, you can always wait for an emulator to come out and not buy the system like a cheap shit. When PS3 comes out, I will debate on selling my 360 or keeping it at that time. But till then I'll get the use out of a free system from the man.

 

ok iv heard alot about what they should have priced the system at. so i want to clear a few things up a bit, and let you guys now how it works.

if they could have priced it at 350 they would have. where getting into some days where there is some seriouse equiptment inside these guys, and alot of time goes into designing and creating them.

the fully equipt 400 system is worth more than 400, what microsoft and sony do is decide what is "an exceptible loss" on the price of the console.

these company's are making there money off of the controller, the games, other accesories...ect

they have to weight out the profit, if we take a loss of "x" dollars on our console and we are making a profit of "x" on this, and this and this. then we can make "x" amount.

so im happy that they where able to get the console down to the price its at..if they wanted a profit off of this guy, then WOW i dont think any of us would be looking to buy one!

 

i agree....... and also its so funny how so many people complain how it will work but then complain about the price in the same breath im mean get a life waaaahhhhhh 360 sucks wahhhhh i want one but it costs too much waaaahhhhh my mommy isnt gonna buy the 400 dollar one wahhhhh heres an idea if you dont like the way it will work dont buy it if it costs too much dont buy it if your mommy wont buy it steal her credit card lol no but seriously if you dont want it keep your negativity to yourself there are others out there me included who will buy it and enjoy it no matter what some wannabe computer nerd say it has and has not its a gaming console the newest one so i look at it as updating my xbox to the next level to enjoy whatever the future may bring

sorry to break the news, but as I just posted on another site, people are gullible enough to fork out tons of money. look on ebay--almost 800.00 for a simple xbox 360 premium without even the add-ons of games or extra accessories like you see in some of the store bundles.

Rip-off . . and people are buying!

 

yeah i saw that...its rediculous, this past weekend someone bought one with 3 games for like 1,200 bucks

This whole shortage thing is seriously getting me wondering if it would be worth it to go to someplace that isnt selling pre-orders and get one on the day it comes out and sell it on ebay. could make some serious cash. I don't even know if i would feel bad, that someone didnt get one because i bought one and sold it myself. If i get to the store early and wait in line i have put in my time. It might actually be a good investment.
