First off edit your post to remove the serial starting with 1A20 at the top of your log. For the DVR 108 there is a firmware 1.20B. Not sure if that is an update to the 1.20 listed for yours. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/article/0,,2076_4249_138551420,00.html You can check it out. They even have a piece of software for you to check it, Device data & firmware level detector under utilities (link above). You're several versions behind on your software. Don't upgrade all the way to the 6.6.1.4. That one has caused some problems. There's links around AD to the 6.6.0.18 which is a more stable version. Don't install InCD, because it causes problems doing DVD backups. Go into the Device manager and uninstall the IDE Channel with the drives in PIO or with DMA OFF and reboot. Recheck the Channels. Looks like Windows didn't pick things back up completely or you've developed a problem (you already knew you have a problem, duh for me. LOL) With the updated firmware and software, and hopefully with your drives recognized properly, do a new log for us.
