First thing let's edit out your serial # - begins w/ 1A20. Don't need someone else using it!
Not the best by far. Try some different media like Verbatim or made in Japan Fuji, Sony or Maxell.
This can cause problems. Uninstall it and run the clean tool.

Your SCSI device map looks a little strange to me. I haven't looked at many logs, but how many drives (HD and CD/DVD) do you have on your system?

I would look at the device manager and make sure everything is listed correctly. Did you reinstall motherboard drivers and whatever else you might need?

Try A Firmware update: http://www.pioneer.co.jp/index-e.html Also Make sure your devices were connected when you installed windows, make sure if you have two DVRs on the same IDE, that the jumper settings are set properly IE, Master & Slave, Use Autopatcher to update Win Xp the Adaptec ASPI checker will install itself
