OK, I ran the Nero clean program, restarted the computer, reinstalled the Nero program you suggested. Tried to burn 4 data dvd's, here is the log file. You have to go inside the computer--if you can't then don't worry about it. Some times it makes a difference as to which device is in control as to how burning works. If you can change them, you will have to change the IDE connectors and maybe a jumper. This also means you might have to physically move the drives. If you don't have the skill or experience--it is OK, it may not help anyway.
In my first post I recommended you go to version 7.0.8.2, also in my second post the same advice, you went with 7.2.0.3............ Nero API version: 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b These latest versions of Nero are full of bugs, I recommend you uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install 7.0.8.2 a more stable version from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 Do not multitask while burning, turn off all unnecessary programs including spyware. There is noo need to "SWAP" anything around, just revert to a stable version of Nero as advised.

I have seen this in several posts, but I have no feedback as to whether it might be causing problems. Running a Nero 6 interface with Nero 7 may be causing problems, or maybe not. If you are so inclined, you might try running the Nero 6 clean tool and the Nero 7 and then start over.
Something is still chewing up the memory, dont multitask while burning, turn off all unnecessary programs including spyware Try slowing burn to 4X I see you are still receiving the session fixation error, I will get back to you on that.
I am still having no luck burning, went through roughly 20 dvd+r. Any other ideas? Update the flash ROM? Funny thing is I can burn cds fine and sometimes data dvds work every once in a while. But no movie dvds.
