Nero is old, current version 6.6.0.18 can be found here: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/nero-up.php Packets one and two are what you need. Firmware is current. Your burner doesn't like your blank disc. I know you say your using memorex, but they code out as Ritek, which used to be considered good media, but as of late they have fallen out of grace. Change you media to Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or Sony, Maxell, Fuji(made in Japan). All else looks good.
