I brought a 32" ILO LCD TV from walmart. The first one I got I had to take it back because it would not come on after I turned it on. I would only get a blue screen, I also got the extended warranty. So I took it back and got the other one and now this TV doesn't respond to the remote or to the buttons on top of the TV. Is there any one who knows how to get in touch with the company. I have missed placed my store receipt and thats the only way walmart keeps record that I accually brought the warranty which I think is kinda crazy not like most places that keep a record that you got the warranty.
http://www.ilo.com/ Found this site for you. perhaps your answer lies within. As one of my favourite (of course not my fav just one of) shows says "the truth is out there".
I really don't want to be mean, rude, and obnoxius, but why would you spend so much (or so little) money on a LCD TV? I would go to Best Buy or something and buy a nice reliable brand which doesn't have to be very expensive or too much more money at all. I have no other help regarding your original problem but Good Luck! and Happy New Year!!

My husband and I bought an ilo 42" lcd tv from wal-mart in January. It quick playing dvds on the hdmi side so we sent it a repaor shop. it has been there for 3 weeks. They can't order the part because they don't know who makes it. There are no part numbers any where that they are suppose to be. He called today and said that he can't fix it because he gets no answers from anyone. My advice to you is to take it back to wal-mart and get your money back and go some where else for a tv because they are nothing but trouble.
man am i glad i didnt buy one of those. i was considering it but went with the rca one cause it was only $100 more and was a well known brand.
