I've been using my iLo for a couple of years now and remember hearing of someone installing a new hard drive. I have several HD's sitting around doing nothing (ATA and SATA) ranging from 200gb to 750gb. What sort of hard drive do the iLo's come with and how difficult is it to put in a new one?

The ilo usually came with a Segate 80gb HDD. It is a IDE connection
An ATA,SATA drive should be ok but will require an adapter to IDE.
The ilo will itself format a larger than 80gb, to 80gb.
If using and wanting a larger drive it will have to be done in a PC. The format is FAT 32.
