My ILO recorder will not open any more and will only say HELLO. I called the manufacturer and he said it was a software problem and since the warranty had expired could not be of any assistance. Is there something I can do to get this to work?
The R04 will lock up at Hello if the DVD drive is not operating correctly, [Not a tray that will not open or a dirty laser] This usually means that the DVD drive is not connected or may be defective.
