I just found the Ilo DVD04 and bought it. I see on the firmware upgrade site that there is a 4x and 8x version and I need to find the serial number to determine this. Sounds real simple, but haven't had any luck yet. Any clues from others that have this machine?
turn the dvd recorder on and go to setup and it will be at the top of the screen thats how i found it or it's on the back of the recorder sometimes is a pain to get to
