ILO DVDR05 Recorder Preparing Disc Error?

    I purchased a DVDR05 last Friday, successfully burned two Discs.
    Had 2 burn errors in the process.

    Tonite I got one to burn -- but lost data finalizing.

    Now every disc I put in goes to 99% on the Preparing Disc Error.
    Only solution is to pull the power plug?

    Ate 4 discs -- yes I'm stubburn.

    Looking like a return unit to me! Suggestions?

     ... Exchange the unit. The ilo recorders are know to have a few QC problems - be patient, WalMart will stand behind 'em ...
