I have only been using my ilo dvdr05 since January 2006. On Saturday, April 22, I went to record a program, inserted the disc...the screen on the dvd recorder said "no disc". I have tried other discs...same message..."no disc". I have also called ilo customer service several times on Monday, the 24th...but all the reps. are always busy. can anyone out there help? Thank you
Hello, I have an ilo dvdr05, and I am getting the same message "no disc" with every disc I put in I have already gone through the lens cleaning steps, but the difference is my unit doesn't seem to be spinning at all. It can't read if the disc doesn't spin. anyone have any ideas? Yea, I know throw it away and get a better dvd recorder. Would like to skip that step if possible.
