just flashed my hd04 to the latest ilo firmware. flash went fine, but now, none of my pc made dvd's will play anymore. in fact cd's dont play either. only thing i can get to work is a re-write dvd that was recorded in the ilo itself. everything else comes up as "blank disk" or "invalid disk" anyone got a clue on this? i tried to flash back to previous ware, but it wont take it. help! please!
What version of firmware?? Sounds like you are using 1194 or earlier. The latest, 1195, is available. Try updating with it. On my download page, there are detailed directions to getting the update to work if you are having problems.
no, it is at 1195. i never put 1194 in. went from 1193 to 1195. i have palyed with it a little more and found it will not play any dvd made in a pc before or after the update. it wont play a music cd at all, and it wont play any dvd it made before the update. it will make and play its own dvd now though. any thoughts?
