Yup its me back, i now have my R4 SDHC Upgrade Revolution for my NDSL,( i actually ordered the RD SDHC but theysent an Upgrade) the site i got it from gave me a download and this is what was in it....... the site was http://www.r4i.co.uk where i got the r4 sdhc card with 8gb memory, although the actual black and green box it came in has www.r4i-sdhc.com on the bottom...... One folder with version R4-i English Version V1.09b .....inside that folder is 4 more folders which are...... moonmemo moonshl 2 R4i Menu r4.dat Inside the first three folders and files, the last one the r4.dat is on its own and not in a folder. Do i just drag each folder onto the card? Also why has i got R4i Menu on it? I did read the instructions on the r4i.co.uk site and it said nothing about having to format the card, just about adding the upgrade stuff, but it is called an upgrade. oh lord please help me again, Nanna in distress here! You should go to the site on the box. www.r4i-sdhc.com Click on "Download" at the top of the page. Check which version of the card you have (does it have "V1.4" on the card) and download the corresponding firmware. Extract the files from the rar file and then copy them to your micro SD card.
Oh bless you for answering, mine doesn't have the V1.4 on the card, so i think it is the first box V1.11b....it contradicts itself, the first one says with the V1.4 but then shows the r4 SDCH card, the second one says without the V1.4 but just shows the DSi download, and i just have the R4 SDHC Upgrade.......? Also do i just copy the folders onto the micro card because in 3 of them there are loads of files??? I am so sorry if i have confused you, i am confusing myself lmao.... Hugs sweetpink
Well just in case anyone was following this silly Englishwoman to see what i did next, well i got fed up just downloaded the files, dragged and dropped them onto the card, put on a few games, put the card in the r4, shoved it in the DS and yipee!! it worked, so i am now a happy Nanna, my Grandaughters will be delighted and hopefully i won't be back with any complications, all working as we speak...........off to bed now its 2.46 here and my eyes need some matchsticks.........take care all Hugs sweetpink
And if you had read the instructions you would have gotten to the same place, only faster. I know that the instructions are in this forum since I've posted them 4 or 5 times myself. I'm glad you 1. Are running 2. Took some initiative rather than waiting to be spoon fed.
