Cause it was always only a matter of time, now everyone is in the same boat so we may see something happening over the next while.

Yes its about time i agree, lets see what happens now, as U$$ have no where to go after this one is broken, except cry like the box owners are doing at the moment, it could be short lived or maybe take a bit of time, but there is always an alternative to everything.

    Look on the positive side.

Tell me about it, just finished ordering the necessary devices to save a few quid over the available monopolies expensive offerings. A bit like all alternatives, large innitial outlay, but pays back overtime

reds fans. bad enough our side has a fairly inept 1st team and complete lack of reserves, but mahockey has just succeeded in goading me anyhow into just advertising the cheapest solution the UPC value pack so here it is.

basic as possible, with sports in mind. please note Eurosport would have to be sacrificed

    http://www.upc.ie/television/bargaindeal/

add SchaiSphorts (1/2/3/extra) & ESPN, it will cost 67.50 a month.

67.50 a month. ESPN Premiership Matches would be in HD. theres also a BBC HD included

thats the loner deal. on the other hand there's what i subscribed to

    http://www.upc.ie/television/tvdeal/

not forgetting to add ESPN, roughly 80 a month. this is multiroom for 1 other, so if you both pay its a ruff tenner a week. plain-as. big deal? to some..

and Eurosport is here, also Eurosport HD. Women's Euro Championships begin this Sunday. fit women in HD, who needs TVX.

tenner a wk guys. lucky i bought a 1080p last year

Or 80 a month if you're on your own. Pass. I'll stick with pc to tv for the football. Get to see every single game and some are in HD now also, all for free cheers.

I'll just sit back and enjoy the celtic arsenal game on my sky cardsharing network :D

We knew this was coming. Most just couldnt be arsed putting the effort into the next stage of stealing telly. Just want to be spoon fed.

i feel ya geez. luckily i coaxed someone else in the house to be the other multiroomer n chip in - need company for it to be remotely of value, no doubt - but freezing out peeps who operate alone is not right, should be a government grant for this shit.
