Im looking for a good Video Editing card....

    Im trying to make Playstation 2 game footage into movie files on my Pc, and posibly make VCDs out of them. I was looking at some capture devices at Best Buy .

    which do you recommend?
    Will a higher priced unit yield better resolution?
    And do only some of the capture cards make VCDs?

    Nothing at BestBuy is any good if you want to Produce the Highest Quality Captures....Maybe something like the Canopus ADVC-50 would be a Good Choice for a Capture device and something like Premier is good for editing.....
