Ok, i got a Motorola v360, and i need to get a program so i can put my own ring tones on my phone, I saw someone's phone that had custom ring tones, and he said he turned the song to mono and like 16 bit or something. He could take any song and turn it to a ring tone. He said he Mobile Phone Tool, but when I install it, and it finds my phone, but it doesnt install right?
