im soooooo @#!*#@ lost

    ok, im running win 98se and none of this works, i've been trying for hours upon hours and i get nowhere. once i got as far as my phone being recognized but it would not initialize. now i cant even get that.
    i've got mpt 3.11

    i keep getting a comm error with the modem

    is there any harware i need besides my phone and a cable?

    please help

    sorry, i thought i was replying in the other thread.

    but i.ve got my v220 recognized but still not initializing, how do i set up this modem to work?
