Hey guys I need your feedback
I have a Westinghouse 26" LCD HDTV that I use for gaming and as a PC monitor.

Every time I turn it on after it has been off for several hours or so I get a frozen gray screen that takes a while to go away.
The tv also freezes the image of whatever is on screen and slowy begins to turn the image into a series of colored bars that vary greatly in thickness. The colors of image also begin to invert on certain parts.

I don't know what, if anything, I can do about it. The vents on the top back side get pretty hot although many HDTVs do but I put a fan on the top back anyway but it doesn't seem to have much if any effect at all...
