I dont understand what is happening here. I have 3 programs that ive tried and they are all doing this.... They are ImTOO DVD Ripper Platimun, dvd2avi and Easy DVD Creator Pro. The Video is upside and inveresed like youre looking from inside the screen. Can anyone help me out? All im trying to do here is back up my movies to DivX since I have a HD DivX player now and would like to condense and get a few movies on a single DVD disk. Thanks Eric
Video flipping is generally caused by bad RGB<-->YV12 colourspace conversions. That should be a complete null issue with DVD to DivX since both DVD and DivX use YV12, therefor no reason to convert. If any apps are converting, then I would suggest that you don't use them. Converting slows down encoding and reduces quality. Can also happen during DivX playback, however that shouldn't effect a hardware player.
