    what does that mean? i cant copy my dvds... why is that so.. sorry for the inconvenience.. sorry please help me..

    It appears you are using a WinXP SP1 aspi driver for your recorder. WinXP doesn't really need the driver, as far as I know. Can you update it or try renaming it to see what happens? Nero says only they should tell you about possible driver problems, so use you own judgement as to whether you rename it or not.

    We are kind of on dangerous ground here. First, I don't know for sure it will help, and second, it could cause problems for your computer. You might want to wait to see if anyone else has tried this without problems.

    But do a search for the atapi.sys file and rename it something like atapi.bak. Then it won't run. You could also move it out of it's current directory, but after the search, keep track where it is. I would guess C:\Windows\system32. There may be a way to remove the driver completely using the Add/Remove programs area. Maybe you should ask Nero first before you do anything.

    First though, are you running WinXP SP1 or SP2?

    Your log also specifies it can't find the path J:\New Folder\TempImage.nrg --do you know why?
