images?

hi all,

without wanting to keep reflash my box, whats the best image that people are using and why?
do any images pick up more channels than others?
any help/ views will be much appreciated

Als is a cutdown image leaving more room free, hopefully making it more stable, it has been reported that this imageand its special AU mode works well even on dodgy sagem.s plus it has nearly a full compliment of channel logos on the info bar which give it that extra touch
