IMEI change

    Ive bought a Nokia 6230 of Ebay and 2 month later it was barred from all networks in the uk. Is it possible to change imei number????
    please help as i am well upset that it doesnt work!!! :'(

    It can be unlocked wthout IMEI Changing.

    hi,
    The phone is allready unlocked but has been barred from all networks so wont accept any sim cause it is blacklisted due to me buying either a stolen phone (unknowingly) or somebody done insurance jobdo you know a way round this it would be appreciated
