Hi, I searched the forum and found some useful guides but not exactly what im looking for. I hope someone can help... I have an image of a dvd (film) that i want to burn to disc. Im not sure how to handle this file type, but i have read that i can use isobuster to extract the VIDEO_TS folder from the image. Is this correct? Are there any other programs i could use? Then i assume i can use Nero to burn the contents of the VIDEO_TS folder? (Which should be .vob, .ifo etc ???) This could then easily done by using the wizard and chosing the dvd video option. From experience ive found things are never this simple, so i would really appreciate any help that could be offered before i start making things more difficult for myself !!! Thanks.
erm, how do i do that ? im not familiar with .img files. clone dvd2 doesnt recognise the file format, and that prgram can usually do most stuff. What program do i use ? Thanks for the reply, please help a newbie !!!
i have now read that i can rename the file .iso and burn with Nero. If you do this i dont have to make a VIDEO_TS folder do i ? Nero will know how to handle the file and i can just burn by opening the file and burning a UDF/ISO type that will play on my standalone dvd player ? Also read that i can use dvddecryptor to burn, so im going to check this out now. I read a guide for this program that didnt mention .img files. any help would be appreciated !
Ive trawled through a number of sites trying to understand a means of converting 'img' to 'dvd' and this site did it for me. The answer <DVD Decrypter>.... Dead easy! Harry Potter never looked better in Azkaban!!! Many thanks, great site, great threads, great (& knowledgeable members blindpugh
