I followed the how to take folder dvd and burn with imgburn guide but failed twice and don't understand what i'm doing wrong.

I take the video_ts and run it through imagetool to make an ISO file. That completes successfully. Then I open the iso file in imgburn and it says it burns it successfully but it wont play on any (3) of my dvd players in my house, or laptop. I'm using maxell dvd-r disks and also used a dvd+r (if that makes a differance).

    any suggestions?

    thank you

    hello zosohick1,

With the new ImgBurn 2.0 program u dont have to make an ISO image first, u can burn the video_ts folder here is a guide for that
    http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=1779
Is this the Guide u used?

For those Maxells r they made in Japan, if not than it could be the media that is causing this problem, but try to burn first with ImgBurn in the Build Mode
