So I got a 100 pack of printable Memorex DVD+Rs (I know, I know, they kinda suck, but I got them for Christmas) and when I'm trying to burn a disc in ImgBurn at 4x, it only burns at 0.7x. It says it will take about an hour, and it shouldn't be going that slow. It's at .7x for the entire time. Is this more than just a case of bad media?

You should log a failed burn and post it here for us.

Maybe the Crappy Media. Try Verbatims.
The Speed You Selected May Not Be Supported By the Disc.
