Import DS/GBA games

    I haven't heard much about this, so maybe the folks here can help me out. I was thinking about buying a DS, and I was wondering if a US NDS can run japanese DS and GBA games. If it cannot, how about running japanese ROMs on a US NDS using an M3 and Passcard3 or something like that?

    Oh, and also, can the M3 and Passcard3 allow you to play GBA ROMs on your DS? Import ones as well?
