Import files from one HD to the other

    I installed a Second OS into my computer using a new drive which is windows vista.. I can access all my XP files on vista... i was wondering if there was a way to bring all the songs on XP and transfer them to Vista itunes so i don't have to go looking for all the songs and transferring them one by one
