In Desperate Need Of Help...

I have a version 1.6B or C, I'm not sure which but I don't think it matters. I successfully installed the modchip with the lpc rebuild. I created a Flashbios Disc with the bios X4983.67 using X2BM loading the bios on all 4 bank. I burned the disc with a dummy file.

Once I powered up the Xbox, the Cromwell Flashbios Screen shows up and I chose the option flash bios with CD, and it successfully flashed and powered the unit down automatically. When I turn the system back on, my chip turns off and on 3 times, nothing shows up on the screen, then I get the Red/Green Flashing lights by the eject button. Btw, the selection were Chip Enable / FlashProtected - OFF / Bank - 2.

I've modded couple Xbox before, but never ran into this problem. Could please someone justify what's going on? I'm sensing I got a bad chip or something.
