First I admit not the best at reading these logs, second McAfee sux it failed the conficker test. Here is a link to some great tools to get rid of this infection keep in mind some are very difficult to get rid of yet easier to prevent. http://majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=20 on this page you will find SuperAntispyware, Malwarebytes, and these anti-virus programs AVG, AVAST & Antivir all of these are free and can do a better job than McAfee. If your problems persists try an online scan at http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm some infections respawn from the system restore files and so you may need to disable system restore if the problem persists or try scanning in safe mode by pressing f8 after reboot but before windows begins to load. Your isp may offer a better professional anti malware suite as part of your subscription you may want to consider installing it after you get the weblink redirection out of the way and mywebsearch is spyware btw

    Hello trixgrl,

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- Don't forget this.
    • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

    • Please post the MBAM Log and a fresh HJT log in your next reply.
