InCd formatting error

    Help! I installed a CD burner several months ago. I can burn music cd's but every time I try to format a cd-rw to use as a floppy I get an error message and it won't format the cd. Can anyone tell me what to do. I have updated the latest software and I still get the same problem. What should I do?

    What is the CD burner and what software are you using. If you are using Nero, do you have InCD installed?

    Either it's InCD or it's Mt. Rainier.

    I installed a Pine CD-Rewritable Drive Kit 32x12x40. I do have InCD installed an that is what is giving me trouble w/ the formatting of the cd-rw.
