"Incompatible disk and decoder regions" IFO Problem

    Hey every one,
    I have a problem with play Some Ifo files on my Hard disk
    I have two hard disk istalled on my computer I can Play This Ifo file
    on one of them with media player classic But when I made a copy of the folder
    Video_TS to the other hard drive and played it with media classic
    I got the message "Incompatible disk and decoder regions" shortly the same file can play on one hard disk but can't play
    in the other hard disk
    I don't Know the type of disk one
    but the 2nd which does'nt work is Western Digital

    Are you running Vista and is it an external hard drive.

    First thank you,
    You are right I'm running Vista Home Premium
    and the 2nd Hard Disk connected to USB

    this post is really helpful. and don't worry about UAC I know how
    to make it on or off, it works well now
