Incompatible Medium Installed

    I am tryng to burn a ISO file to DVD using DVD Decrypter, i have selected the right file and inserted a blank DVD-R but get nothing and down the bottom reads Device Not Ready (Incompatible Medium Installed). Whats going on?

    Im getting the same problem when trying to burn an .iso to a DVD+R DL ...yes I have a compatible dual layer burner and disc.
