Ok, i finally got my infinity installed correctly and all the options seem to work, but i cant seem to get this infinity manager working. I want to update my firmware, but i guess i cant do that untill i get this infinity manager working. It could be my dvd drive, i may have to get a new laser or just replace the whole unit or sometihng, i dont know. What are the steps for updating firmware on the matrix? Thanks.

what burning program are you using? In nero6 use the nero burning rom, not the wizard, or nero express. Once there click on file> open. Once in the open menu, Select from the drop down menu:

    Image Files (*.nrg,*.iso,*.cue)

then brose to the folder where your infinity cue file is, and click open. Then just burn it.

If you are using Nero Express, then click on the Disk Image or Saved Project, icon in the main window. Then repeat the same procedure. Hope that helps.
